Kettebell Workshops focus on their proper use through a series of 4 classes that build on fundamentals. Using a kettlebell is a great place to start your exercise routine. It can also be added into your current one to break through a plateau as well as provide more challenges in a safe manner. This is because a single piece of equipment can address multiple groups of muscles and major movement patterns. Many exercises can also be done simultaneously, which can help if you are short on time or space.
