Service Description
A high-energy performance training program designed for young athletes to build strength, confidence, and mental discipline. Morning sessions help students jump-start their metabolism, establish healthy routines, and develop lifelong habits, while twice-weekly training promotes consistent progress in strength, movement, and overall athletic performance. Our limited-capacity program is intentionally capped to provide individualized coaching, foster accountability, and create the highest-quality training experience. Recommended for ages 10–13. Free Intro Session is required prior to joining a Youth Strength Performance Class.
